Terms & Conditions
25–27 September 2026, Henley-on-Thames
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing tickets. By completing your purchase you agree to be bound by these conditions.
1. Tickets & Booking
Tickets for The Henley Jazz Festival 2026 are sold through our official ticketing partners- TicketSource, The Kenton Theatre and Hobbs of `Henley. Tickets are issued subject to these Terms & Conditions and those of TicketSource, The Kenton and Hobbs of Henley.
A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure your details are correct before completing your booking. The Henley Jazz Festival Limited accepts no responsibility for tickets lost or undelivered due to incorrect contact details being provided.
Tickets remain the property of The Henley Jazz Festival Limited and are a licence to attend the event subject to these terms.
2. No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a booking has been completed, except in the circumstances set out in Section 3 below.
We strongly recommend that ticket holders take out appropriate personal event insurance to cover circumstances that may prevent attendance, including illness, travel disruption or other personal emergencies.
Tickets may be transferred to another person at the ticket holder’s discretion. The ticket holder is responsible for notifying the Festival of any name change prior to the event by emailing [email protected].
3. Cancellation or Changes by the Festival
In the unlikely event that an individual performance is cancelled by The Henley Jazz Festival Limited and cannot be rescheduled, ticket holders for that specific performance will be offered a full refund of the face value of their ticket.
Where a performer is replaced by an artist of comparable standing, no refund will be due. Every effort will be made to communicate changes to ticket holders as soon as possible via the email address provided at the time of booking.
The Henley Jazz Festival Limited reserves the right to alter the programme, running order, times or venues of performances without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
In the event of cancellation of the entire Festival, full refunds of the face value of tickets will be issued. The Henley Jazz Festival Limited shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by ticket holders, including travel, accommodation or other expenses.
4. Admission & Conduct
A valid ticket must be presented for admission to each event. Tickets may be inspected at any point during the event. The Henley Jazz Festival Limited reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from an event without refund if, in the reasonable opinion of Festival staff, that person:

Is behaving in a disorderly, threatening or abusive manner

Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs to a degree that poses a risk to themselves or others

Is in possession of prohibited items

Has obtained their ticket by fraudulent means
Ticket holders are required to comply with all reasonable instructions given by Festival staff, venue staff and security personnel.
5. Age & Licensing
Some events are held in licensed venues. Alcohol will be available for purchase by persons aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be requested. The Festival operates a Challenge 25 policy.
Children are welcome at most Festival events where accompanied by a responsible adult. Please check individual event listings for any age restrictions. The accompanying adult is responsible for the behaviour and safety of children in their care throughout the event.
6. Photography & Recording
Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted at most events. Flash photography and the use of professional camera equipment (including detachable lenses) is not permitted without prior written consent from The Henley Jazz Festival Limited.
Audio and video recording of performances is strictly prohibited. Any recording made without permission may be confiscated.
By attending Festival events, ticket holders consent to being filmed or photographed as part of the audience for use in Festival promotional material.
7. Liability
The Henley Jazz Festival Limited accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to personal property at any Festival event. Ticket holders attend events at their own risk.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude the liability of The Henley Jazz Festival Limited for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Privacy & Data
Personal data collected at the time of ticket purchase will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Data will be used to administer your booking and, where you have given consent, to keep you informed about future Festival events.
We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties except where required for the administration of your booking (e.g. TicketSource) or where required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
